Baby buggy company phil&teds has bought car roof rack and accessories designer and marketer Hubco Automotive.
The nursery products company said Hubco would continue to be stand-alone and self-managed, with phil&teds adding value where they could.
Hubco designed and made the roof rails for Ford Territory cars and has supply contractors with Holden.
